Administration
JGSS-2024N was conducted from February through April 2024, using placement (self-administered) method. The fieldwork was entrusted to the Central Research Services Inc. (Chuo-Chosa-sha).
The questionnaire includes questions on EASS 2024 Social Capital Module, continuing questions from the JGSS and topical questions.
The Japanese General Social Survey (JGSS) is designed and carried out by the JGSS Research Center at Osaka University of Commerce (Joint Usage / Research Center for Japanese General Social Surveys accredited by MEXT) with support from the Osaka University of Commerce. JGSS-2024N was funded by JSPS KAKENHI Grant Number JP23H00061. The project was conducted in cooperation with the Division of Sociology of Education, Graduate School of Education, Kyoto University.
